These terms apply to use of this website and to work carried out by Complete Solar Services Ltd, The Business Centre, Cardiff House, Cardiff Road, Barry, CF63 2AW.

Quotes

Every job is quoted individually. A quote sets out the work and price for your property. Your written contract for any installation will contain the full terms for that job.

Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Warranty

Our work is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty. Any applicable equipment warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Accreditation and consumer protection

We are MCS certified, TrustMark endorsed, RECC approved and NAPIT registered, and hold £2m public liability insurance. Your statutory rights, including cancellation rights for contracts agreed away from our premises, are not affected.
